Tunç Soyer tarafından "2000 Çiftçiye 2000 Filtreleme Deposu" hibe edileceği kamuoyuna duyurulmuştur. Başvuru için, vatandaşların kendi ilçelerinde bulunan İzmir Büyükşehir Belediyesi Yerel Hizmetler Şube Müdürlüğü'ne gitmeleri ve başvuru formlarını doldurmaları gerekmektedir. Sonrasında, Su Kaynakları Araştırma ve Uygulama Merkezi Birimi personelleri, bu başvuruları yerinde inceleyerek değerlendirme yapacaktır. Sistemin kurulacağı konut, sera, hayvan damı, tarımsal depo vb. yapıların çatılarında yağmur suyu olukları ile iniş borularının bulunması, çatısı kullanılacak yapıların yakın çevresinde kuyu bulunması; konut başvurularında ise binada bulunan balkon sularının çatı suları ile ayrışmış olması, başvuru şartı olarak aranmaktadır. Teşvik sistemine dahil edilecek yağmur suyu filtreleme depoları 1 ton kapasiteli olacak ve çatı büyüklüklerine göre bir veya birkaç tane yağmur suyu filtreleme deposu verilebilecektir.

In order to enhance the urban-stream interaction on Bornova Creek, blue-green ecological corridors will be created, and an integrated transit route for e-scooters and bicycles (two-way) will be planned within these corridors. The project aims to establish integrated ecological corridors that incorporate green spaces in areas where Bornova Creek flows by retaining water at certain points within the stream channel, and to implement an alternative transportation route along the Ege University-Evka-3 Metro Station-Bornova-Körfez line.

Located near the Meles River, surrounded by the walls of the İZBAN railway line, with impermeable asphalt roads and a parking area used as a park, the project area was redesigned in the concept of 'Rain Street' to create awareness. The objective is to address nature-based solutions for flood problems.

The Bornova Özkanlar Rain Park project aims to address flood problems in the region by implementing nature-based solutions and using various rainwater techniques intensively. The project aims to showcase and promote all ecologically-based rainwater management techniques in the rain park.

Halkapınar Pond, one of the important water resources in Izmir, is described as the place where the father of history, Herodotus, stated that the goddess of fertility Artemis (Diana) came with the fairies and bathed in its hot springs every day (Diana Baths). With the proposed project, Halkapınar Pond will be reclaimed for the city, and an ecological corridor will be created from Mount Nif to the Gulf of Izmir.

We are transforming the marketplaces and parking lots in Izmir into sponge areas. Green infrastructure techniques have been planned in the vicinity of Buca Betontaş Market Area to manage the rainwater coming from the 7,000 square meters of roof area. The surrounding green areas of Buca Betontaş Market Area include a bioswale, a raingarden, and the adjacent parking area is designed with permeable pavement.

Green infrastructure techniques have been planned for the median of the side road of Ankara Avenue, between Bornova Metro Station and Küçük Park, to manage rainwater. In the current situation, surface runoff from the viaduct is directed to the parking area through gutters, and rainwater flowing on the side road of Ankara Avenue is directed to a bioswale to reduce the quantity and velocity of water, filter it, and recharge it to the groundwater.

We are creating natural ecological ponds in designated green areas within the city, which are  fed by groundwater. As an alternative to impermeable artificial ponds in urban areas, we are establishing natural ponds that support wildlife and enhance biodiversity. We are enhancing the relationship between citizens and water by implementing ecological methods in park areas. The first pilot project has been initiated at Buca Fırat Plant Nursery. The second pilot project will be implemented at Bornova Çamdibi Atatürk Park.

We are transforming impermeable roads into permeable roads in Izmir With a pilot implementation  of approximately 400 meters permeable road on 138th Street in Buca, It is aimed to manage the surface runoff causing problems during heavy rainfall.
