Bornova Metro Station Median Project

Green infrastructure techniques have been planned for the median of the side road of Ankara Avenue, between Bornova Metro Station and Küçük Park, to manage rainwater. In the current situation, surface runoff from the viaduct is directed to the parking area through gutters, and rainwater flowing on the side road of Ankara Avenue is directed to a bioswale to reduce the quantity and velocity of water, filter it, and recharge it to the groundwater.
